Faith!


Isn't it wonderful to have complete trust or confidence in someone or something?  It's truly a magnificent world that we live in.  "Anything your heart desires will come to you," said Jimmy the Cricket from the creator, imaginative writer Walt Disney. 

We were schooled growing up by our immediate family members, teachers, peers and acquaintances that setting goals will help us obtain anything thing we set our minds to accomplish.  With passion, perseverance and true grit, everything was within our reach and goals were manifested.

We discovered that our rewards in life were in exact proportion to our beliefs.  Our core belief system is the steering of our mind.  Whatever thoughts we placed upon that invisible power called faith became visible right in front of our eyes!  

Your wish is my command.  Knock and the door will open.  Ask and you will receive. Seek and you will find. These were quotes that we lived by and what simple, glorious advice it is!  

In today's world, we have mind development tools to assist us in anchoring new beliefs.  Or, we could simply reset our old core beliefs that permeates our subconscious mind. Remember, we are what we believe.  We can alter our belief and change reality or at least the reality that we experience.

Our unconscious mind is powerful, it is the springboard for action.  What we believe determines what we make true.  What we make true sums up our beliefs.

The stars are always shining bright above us.  We must just remind ourselves to look up and see the beauty displayed and to remain grateful.  We are a manuscript of a divine letter. Our faith is a love affair with God.  Happiness is truly, the means to an end.

Fragrance of Loving! I sometimes get a swift smell of the fragrance of loving .  My heart opens wide and there is not a thing in sight that I'm not in love with.  These moments are however:  very fleeting!  It comes and goes and some moments are so intense that all I see is my own volatile state. Today is a day of beauty!  I feel and taste the sweet scent of life.  I wish that this day, this moment, this second could last forever.  I wonder why this feeling is so intense at times and lesser at other times.  I noticed that when I try to recapture these moments on my own accord, I feel uneasy and unnatural. Balance!

Balance I have a mentor that has taught me a valuable lesson.  She was having brain surgery and the scheduled operation was a month away.  Can you imagine that!  There was a lot of undue stress in that waiting period. She decided that she had nothing to lose and everything to gain if she would start having a relationship with God.  She didn't know where to begin because her life was focused on a successful career and God wasn't included.  So she simply PRAYED!   She reached out into nothingness and decided to have faith that God heard her. She decided there was a reason she was having this experience. The foundation of her life was shaken to the core. It was time to slow down and prioritize her life because there may not be more time for her.  She wanted to start Anew. Balance became the topic that occupied her mind.  She bought a planner and set new goals.  Goals that would have meaning--such as including FAMILY into her busy work schedule. She set time schedul
