Celebration ! Today is a day of Celebration for me!  Actually, it's my husband Alejandro's 72th Birthday!  The creation of all the events in our lives has lead us to this very moment of our togetherness.  The thought pathway that caused us to be joined and have all these experiences of good moments, bad moments, sad moments and happy moments--I will cherish forever. Alejandro has shown me that there is nothing to be unproud of--whatever your age, look, status, single, married or motherhood--you should feel proud of every stage of your life.  Every woman or man should be treated with dignity and respect.  To love a woman is to dignify her and show her that she needs nothing but warmth and respect.  My whole world changed with that smallest idea. Heart ! It's amazing that every morning when I wake feeling refreshed, I anticipate with excitement writing my morning blog.  I feel inspired to pick a subject and let the energy flow with words from my inner world.  I want to instill in all my readers that these words are just my experiences or my journey of learning to become a more enlightened individual.   What I've also read is that we are already enlightened, we are just removing the blocks to the awareness of love.  ACIM (Yes, I've read many books--it's one of my favorite past times). Intimacy ! We have within us an emotional desiring system that helps us to create intimacy.  We all feel the need to be heard, cared for, respected and loved.  We were trained in our formative years to be kind, gentle and to use good manners when necessary.  In return, our expectancy to receive in jest still leaves a wanting that we place on the other individual to fulfill.  So I wonder, how can we make the transition to just simply love? I realized that every thought we've ever heard is just a re-cycling of our upbringing.  We have systems of thought patterns and our reality delivers. Our expectations are just desires and beliefs wrapped up in the same place.. But what if our new reality could stem from an unconditioned mind?  Just being the act of love and showing appreciation for each other could bring us to new heights of elation that is unimaginable. Okay, so we are still discovering the process of becoming.  So yes, let us all together start ANEW , embrace it

Hope ! Why do we stay in Prison, when the door is wide open? ~Rumi Hope is a precious commodity in the uncertainty of Life. We hope for the best when someone is sick or in trouble. But I've learned that hope has a deeper meaning.  It's a force that gives us more understanding to how each day unfolds.  Hope has enormous power. We can fear uncertainty and try to control every detail of our lives.  Or we can embrace uncertainty and trust that there is wisdom behind the seemingly uncontrollable chaos that is haunting our lives. Hope can inspire us to realize that there is something bigger than us.  It's a  positive force that can help expand our state of awareness. Hope is our source of strength of pure potentiality. Hope and fear can not occupy the same space, to quote Maya Angelou.  So why not choose a hopeful one in the uncertainty of Life? Hope~a steady process of events that leads to the awakening of the power of LOVE!

Vibration ! "All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream", quoted by Edgar Allan Poe. Understanding vibration consciously is the bridge that brings both worlds, the physical and spiritual together.  E=mc2 is Einstein's interpretation of Energy on one side of the equation and on the other side is mass and light that we perceive.  Energy is always vibrating .  What appears solid is only the rate of molecules vibrating slower. Energy emits a frequency, electrical waves that extends beyond us and to those around us.  Emotion and feeling emits vibration and so does thought.  Thought is always emoting something.  It is a vibratory pattern in the liquid crystal of our bodies.  Everything that you observe with your physical sense is a vibrational interpretation of your thoughts. Thought placed upon this formless energy causes the thing you think about to be created.  I've read this somewhere and I can't give credit where it's due.

Ingrid Bergman said to Humphrey Bogart, "You know that I'm fascinated with you", in the movie Casablanca.  The movie was intriguing.  It had adventure, suspense and a love story that we're talking about 75 years later.  The game changer for Rick (Humphrey Bogart) was that Ingrid Bergman walked back into his life, his former love of his life--married.  How do you start ANEW when fascination prevailed at every corner where it was witnessed that every kiss may be your last.   We all love attention and the fascination of newness!  Keeping fascination alive in relationships that has passed t he newlywed stage is challenging.  Women are instilled with beauty ideas to help keep her looking fresh and attractive.  Men work to keep his physique in optimal shape to be able to provide for his family.  We are all doing our part to live in a productive society. Synchronicity ! I've pondered over this word synchronicity for days and I wonder why.  It simply means a meaningful coincidence.  But to further define this word by Carl Jung, German Psychologist, he suggests that events in the external world align the experience of the individual, perhaps mirroring or echoing personal concerns or thoughts.  Now this changes the ball game for me.  What was first stated as a meaningful coincidence is now profoundly saying that my thoughts created the event.  Hmmmmm! So within, so without--is expressing the same idea. You become what you think about, another idiom.  You reap what you sow, the bible states.   Why is this so surprising to me I ask myself?  It appears to me that I am always looking for answers on the outside of a situation, when in actuality I am the script writer.  This revelation causes me to look at my words or phrases that I use in casual conversations. Prayer ! What is prayer but an inner talk with our higher self e xpressing our needs, wants, or expression of thanks and gratitude to God! It is a sweet communion with God. It is our winged self in us that seeks.  To know God is to love God and all that we are.  We are all brothers and sisters on the same journey. My prayer for us all is that we all realize that we are all magnificent spiritual beings and that we are never alone.  Gods love and joy lives within us and is waiting for us to claim it.  This wonderful light encircles our bodies, envelopes it like a cocoon.  It penetrates, illuminates and heals us from within.
